Our Committee

Hucclecote Playgroup is a committee run setting. This means that the committee oversee the running of playgroup. The Playgroup is always looking for parents to become actively involved and welcomes new members to the committee. Chairperson 

The Chairperson holds one of the main roles on the Committee. This person is an officer of the Playgroup and is responsible for the staff, training, appraisals, overseeing the accounts, fundraising with other members of the committee, running the committee and overseeing suitable persons (DBS) checks. This person is the main point of contact for Ofsted, PATA and the Playgroup.

Secretary & Admin Officer 

The Secretary is a named individual of the Committee responsible for taking, verifying and distributing minutes of the Committee meetings and is an officer of the Playgroup. The Admin Officer assists the Chairperson with admin matters.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is a named individual from the Committee who is a signatory on the accounts and an officer of the Playgroup.

All Committee Members

All committee members contribute to decision making and fundraising ideas. All committee members help to implement fundraising events and activities. All committee members are DBS checked and deemed suitable by OFSTED.
